· If there is no selectable tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chatting, we will guide you after checking the available tee times for additional booking.
· Additional cart fees apply for 2-player and 3-player booking course (refer to Included category) → Additional cost for 2 players booking (550 JPY per person on weekdays, 2200 JPY per person on weekends) → Additional cost for 3 players booking (550 JPY per person on weekdays, 1100 yen per person on weekends)
· There is a break time of about an hour between the first 9 holes and the second 9 holes.
·Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be earlier or later than the reserved tee time without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
