If no tee times are available to choose from, it means the date is fully booked. However, you may contact us via 1:1 chat, and we will check if any additional tee times can be arranged.
If there are fewer than 4 players in the reservation, solo play is not guaranteed. You may be paired with other players on-site.
In Thailand, a caddie tip is required in addition to the caddie fee.
Tee times may be changed, or the round may start earlier or later without prior notice due to golf course policies or local conditions. Refunds or cancellations are not allowed in such cases.
Club rental is not available. Please make sure to bring your own golf bag.

Note: After booking, confirmation will be provided without a separate confirmation call, and the reservation will be finalized immediately.
If cancellation occurs due to local supplier issues, we will inform you and process a full refund.
The cancellation and refund policy specified within the product takes precedence.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
