If no tee times are available, the date is fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat consultation, we can check and guide you on any additional tee time availability.
Solo play is not guaranteed for bookings with fewer than 4 players. You may be paired with other players on-site.
For confirmed bookings of 1 to 3 people, pairing may occur locally, but it will only proceed with the guest’s consent.
All players must check in directly at the clubhouse reception. (No third-party check-ins allowed)
Upon check-in, a passbook & daily charge card will be issued (used instead of cash for all on-course purchases, with settlement made at reception afterward).
You must arrive and check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Due to golf course policy or local conditions, tee times may be changed or played earlier/later without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted for these reasons.

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
