Course Description
CASTLEX Qingdao is a formal 36-hole golf club operated by the Korean Thought Group since 2007.
It has a total of 4 special fairways, and the Korean green teeth are planted on flat fairways and obstacles throughout the operation.
The mountain-type course is very satisfactory to intermediate players, coaches and advanced players.
Once the entire course is completed, it will host large international golf events, attracting more overseas clients from countries like Japan and Korea to gather here for leisure, entertainment, and business activities.

Korean nationals are not allowed to make reservations.
If there are no available tee times, it means the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat (or email if outside Korea), we will check for additional available tee times and inform you.
If a 4-person team round is not booked, you may join another team, and single-player rounds for fewer than 4 people cannot be guaranteed.
Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, tee times may change, or rounds may start earlier or later than scheduled without prior notice. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for such changes.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
