Course Description
Beijing Beichen Golf Club is located on the edge of the Asian Games Village. It is the first urban golf club in Beijing. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the Asian Games Village, 10 minutes to Yansha Kunlun Business District, and 20 minutes to reach the Capital International Airport. The convenient transportation allows you to enjoy elegant leisure time at any time without the pain of traveling.
Beijing Beichen Golf Club occupies 1,000 acres, featuring an 18-hole international standard course with a par of 72 and a total length of 7,040 yards, as well as a 9-hole lighting course. The club's two-story, 60-lane semi-open practice range and professional coaches allow beginners to quickly get the hang of it and fully enjoy the fun!

Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed without prior notice or may be scheduled earlier or later than expected. Refunds and cancellations are not available in such cases.
Entry may be restricted for inappropriate attire such as jeans, tracksuits, or t-shirts.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
