Course Description
Beijing Forest Holiday Golf Club is a 36-hole, pure membership-based world championship golf club, presenting pristine ecological scenery, with 100,000 different kinds of precious trees, a true natural oxygen bar. The completed standard 18-hole golf course was created by an American designer from the former Nicklaus Company, with special greens, white sand pits, many water obstacles, and rabbits and pheasants hiding in the woods, which further highlight the quietness and wildness of the forest, becoming a distinctive feature of the course, achieving the unity of leisure and competition, and the harmony of life and nature.
Beijing Forest Holiday Golf Club is a comprehensive ecological leisure forest tourism area with green forest pastoral landscape, forest leisure sports culture, and sports tourism as its main content, integrating hot spring hotels, holiday apartments, agricultural sightseeing, youth patriotism education, youth psychological quality training, golf training grounds, golf theme parks, cultural entertainment and other sports.

Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed without prior notice or may be scheduled earlier or later than expected. Refunds and cancellations are not available in such cases.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
