This product does not include a guide or Korean-speaking attendant.
The exact tee time for each day will be advised after the reservation is completed and before departure. Tee-off times may change on-site due to golf course circumstances, and no refund is possible due to this. Even if you cannot have hotel breakfast due to the assigned tee time, no refund will be given.
Solo play is not guaranteed if the number of reserved players is less than 4. You may be joined with other players locally.
For 3-person reservations, a room single charge (single supplement) and a single cart fee may be incurred; please inquire separately for the costs.
When moving to the golf course, you can request a buggy car at the front desk.
The vehicle is provided only for scheduled transfers (Airport-Resort) and cannot be used for purposes other than the itinerary. (Subject to sharing the ride with other teams booked for the same day)
Please inquire separately if a non-golfer/child is added to the party.
No refund will be issued even if you cannot depart due to flight cancellation.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
