Course Description
The O’odham Course at Talking Stick Golf Club is a traditional links-style desert course located in Scottsdale, Arizona, designed to emphasize strategy over power.
Designed by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, the course features wide fairways, minimal elevation change, and firm playing conditions inspired by classic links golf.
It is widely praised for its walkable layout, strategic bunkering, and pure golf experience within the Sonoran Desert.
The O’odham Course was designed by renowned architects Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore and opened in 1998 as part of Talking Stick Golf Club.
The par-71 layout stretches approximately 7,100 yards from the back tees and is designed to be highly walkable.
Wide fairways provide multiple angles of approach, placing emphasis on shot selection rather than length.
Strategically placed bunkers, firm turf conditions, and large, subtly contoured greens define the course character.
Unlike many desert courses, the O’odham Course features minimal elevation change and few forced carries.
It is regarded as one of the finest examples of links-inspired desert golf in the American Southwest.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
