You will be informed of your confirmed tee time within 2 business days after reservation/payment.
As this product is a special offer, cancellation and refund policies are limited. Please check the cancellation and refund policy below.
[Important Notice]
In case of bad weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course’s regulations on the day of the round.
If a hole-by-hole refund is processed due to inclement weather, the settlement will be made at the golf course according to its standard rates and policies.
If the customer who prepaid through AGL Co., Ltd. needs a hole-by-hole settlement, the customer will pay on-site using a card or other methods. AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the prepayment within 7 days of confirming the hole-by-hole settlement.
If any of the reserved players (including the booker) are foreign nationals (passport holders), please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk. → Additional charges may apply depending on nationality, which must be paid on-site. (If the foreign nationals are not confirmed, the round may not proceed smoothly.)
The same booker can only reserve 1 tee time per day. Duplicate bookings (same booker) will be canceled. For bookings of 2 or more teams, please contact us via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk in advance.

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
