[Important Notices]
In case of severe weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course's policies on the day of play.
If settlement per hole is required due to inclement weather, it will be handled based on the standard rates and policies of the golf course.
If a customer who prepaid through AGL proceeds with per-hole settlement, they must pay on-site via card or other methods, and AGL will cancel the prepayment within 7 days after verifying the settlement details.
If any of the reservation holders (including players) are foreign nationals (passport nationality), please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk. → Additional fees may apply based on nationality and must be paid on-site. (Failure to confirm nationality may result in issues with the round.)
Each reservation holder is limited to one tee time per day. Duplicate reservations (same reservation holder) will be canceled. If you are booking for two or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.

If canceled due to local supplier circumstances, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
