If any of the guests (including the reserver) is a foreigner (passport nationality), please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.

[Important Notices]
In case of bad weather, cancellation or refund will be processed according to the golf course's policy on the day of the round.
If hole-by-hole settlement is required due to severe weather, the on-site settlement will be based on the golf course's standard price and policy.
If a customer who prepaid through AGL Co., Ltd. needs to settle hole-by-hole, they must make the payment on-site via card or other methods, and AGL Co., Ltd. will cancel the prepayment within 7 days after confirming the settlement details.
If condo reservations are unavailable, hotel reservations will be arranged instead (additional charges apply).
Changes in the golf course order or schedule may result in price adjustments.
Each reserver is limited to one tee time per day, and duplicate bookings (by the same reserver) will be canceled.
Additional charges will apply if a round is conducted with a membership crossover system.

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
