This package includes an 18-hole round and hotel check-in on the selected date (Day 1). Please refer to the itinerary.
The 18-hole round on Day 1 may be interrupted at sunset, and no refunds will be provided.
Hotel Meals: Breakfast โ Buffet / Dinner โ Western-style course meal (*Breakfast may be changed to a club breakfast depending on the tee-off time.)
The vehicle is not for private use and will be shared with other guests. It can only be used for resort and airport transfers.
For reservations during Golden Week (4/25 โ 5/6) and Obon Holiday (8/9 โ 8/16), please contact us separately.
Golf courses may be substituted with equivalent courses due to local circumstances, and exact tee times will be confirmed later.
Please attach a name tag with your passport English name to your golf bag before departure.
Club rental may be restricted due to local availability, so bringing your own golf bag is recommended.

* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
