If your stay includes a local public holiday, an additional fee (mandatory gala dinner) will be charged. Your travel consultant will provide details separately.
Vehicle use is limited to scheduled transfers (airportโhotel transfers [paid]/optional tours). Use beyond the itinerary will incur additional charges.
Upon arrival, you must pay in USD for items not included in the package (e.g. meet & greet, cart fee, etc.) directly to the local driver.
(Failure to pay will result in services not being provided as part of the itinerary.)
This package does not include a guide. Meet & greet and transfers are handled by a local driver. You will need to check in at hotels and golf courses on your own.
Each person must bring their own golf bag (1 person = 1 bag required).
For a booking of 3 people, 1 room will be provided with 1 extra bed.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
