This package is confirmed only after the golf course is contacted and availability is verified. Please consider this when making reservations or planning your trip.
Once confirmed, individual tee times for each date will be provided.
Each traveler must bring one golf bag with a name tag bearing their English name.
If your stay includes a local holiday, an additional fee (mandatory gala dinner) may applyโyour travel advisor will provide details.
Transportation includes only transfers according to the itinerary (e.g., airportโhotel). Additional usage will incur extra charges.
Meeting & sending fees must be paid in USD upon arrival when meeting the local driver. If not paid, inclusions in the itinerary cannot be provided.
This package does not include a guide. Local drivers will only assist with transfersโguests must handle golf check-ins and hotel check-ins themselves.
For 3-person bookings, 2 standard rooms will be provided.
Single room requests will incur an additional charge (please inquire).
Tee times may be changed or delayed without notice due to local policies or circumstances. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to such changes.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
