This package requires an advance reservation request and is confirmed only after local availability is checked.
A minimum of 4 participants is required to make a booking.
We will check availability with the golf courses and hotels based on your preferred travel dates, number of guests, and other requests.
If available, we will inform you of the green fee, accommodation options, and tee times for your requested dates.
The listed price is the minimum reference price at the time of request. Final confirmed pricing will be provided in the official quotation.
Once you review the quotation with confirmed pricing, round dates, tee times, and check-in date, we will send you the payment link.
A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 3 days of receiving the quotation in order to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is required 18 weeks prior to departure to finalize your booking.
After confirmation, the reservation is non-refundable according to the golf course and hotel policies.
Submitting a reservation request is considered acceptance of the cancellation and refund policy.
Please note that club rental may not be available at some courses โ we strongly recommend bringing your own golf bag.
Many golf courses in Scotland are traditional membership clubs and require all visitors to follow proper dress codes and etiquette.

If the tee time changes due to the golf course or supplier's circumstances, a full refund is possible.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
