This package is confirmed only after a reservation request is submitted and local availability is verified.
It is available for a minimum of 4 participants.
Golf course and hotel availability will be checked based on your preferred dates, number of guests, and other requests.
If available, the course will provide pricing and tee time options for the selected dates and accommodations.
The listed price is the minimum reference price at the time of request; final pricing will be presented in a formal quotation upon confirmation.
Once you receive the quotation, please review the confirmed price, round dates, tee times, and accommodation details.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of receiving the quotation to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 18 weeks before departure.
After booking confirmation, cancellations and refunds are not permitted under the golf course and hotel policies.
Submitting a reservation request implies agreement with these cancellation and refund policies.
Please note that golf club rentals may be limited at certain courses; we strongly recommend bringing your own golf bag.
Many golf courses in Scotland are prestigious, historic, member-based clubs that require visitors to follow dress codes and etiquette.
Courses like the Old Course at St Andrews are extremely popular and often fully booked 1โ2 years in advance.
Airfare is not included and must be arranged separately. You must fly into either Glasgow International Airport or Edinburgh International Airport.

If the tee time changes due to the golf course or supplier's circumstances, a full refund is possible.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
