* The golf courses in Turkuye are standard self play, no caddies.
* The golf course is subject to change to a comparable course, subject to availability.
* When booking for 3 people, an extra bed will be added to the standard 1 room (no extra charge).
* Single occupancy will incur an additional single charge. (Please inquire for rates)
* For 2- or 3-player rounds, joins may be organized on-site. If there are no joining teams, the round will be played as a 2 or 3 player round.
(No guarantee in advance / 2-3 person solo rounds are possible if you pay the full 4 person fee in advance, please inquire for additional fees)
* Based on 2 players per cart, requests for 1 player per cart will incur a 40โฌ surcharge per round (payable on-site)
* Guests are responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur while using the buggy assigned in their name, and will be charged for repairs in the event of damage.
* Complimentary food and beverage offer at the restaurant and buggy bar at Cullinan Links Golf Club is valid for the round only.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
