Shared shuttle service: vehicles will be shared with other guests booked on the same day.
Hotel dinner: Provided at the resort's โSwissteiโ restaurant. Menu includes Japanese cuisine, seafood hot pot, and BBQ options.
Hot spring hours: 06:00โ09:30 (morning) / 15:00โ23:00 (afternoon)
Tee times may be changed, moved earlier or later without prior notice due to golf course policy or local conditions. No refunds or cancellations are permitted in such cases.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
