โถ On Big Island, please inform the hotel concierge of your tee time on the day of your round; they will call the shuttle bus for you. For your return, please call the concierge after your round to request the return shuttle.
โถ Additional rounds and optional tours are available; advance request and prepayment are required before departure. (*Optional tour list available upon request.)
โถ For groups of 2โ3 players, you may be paired with others. If there are no other players to join, you will play alone. (*If you wish to guarantee private play with 2โ3 players, the cost of 4 players must be paid. Please inquire separately.)
โถ For 3-person reservations, the default is one room for 3 adults (with an extra bed for the third guest). If a single room is required, a single supplement applies (advance request and payment required).
โถ Passport issuance and ESTA application for U.S. entry are not provided and must be arranged individually.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
