Course Description
Sicily's Picciolo Etna Golf, the first 18-hole golf course in Sicily, is located in a natural amphitheater on the north side of the mountain within the Etna Park, between the municipalities of Randazzo, Linguaglossa and Castiglione di Sicilia.
It is an exclusive place to combine business meetings and experiences in an enchanting environment, an ideal setting for those who want to practice this amazing sport, and a unique and inspiring panorama.
In fact, it is the only golf course in Italy built on an active volcano and UNESCO heritage site.
The holes, designed inside the dark lava stone left behind by the 1916 eruption, are the project of architect Luigi Rota Caremoli, a senior member of the European Association of Golf Course Architects, who was able to make the most of the 44 hectares of land. The hilly, imaginary technical obstacle is so well integrated into the context that it makes you think of a completely natural path.
Sicily's first 18-hole golf course. Extending along the slopes of Etna in an unparalleled landscape setting, the golf course at Il Picciolo Golf Club is the first 18-hole PAR 72 to be built in Sicily.
Built in 1989 by the renowned architect Luigi Rota Caremoli, this spectacular course was created by carving holes into Etna's characteristic lava rocks and is 5,870 meters long and offers a driving range, putting and pitching greens.

Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or rescheduled without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed due to these changes.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
