Course Description
Sabah Golf and Country Club is rated one of the toughest courses in South East Asia, designed by Robert Muir Graves and opened for play in 1976. This 18 hole layout was remodeled in 2004 by Nelson & Haworth Golf Course Architects.
With a course rating of 73.3 off the back tees, the par-72 18 hole golf course measuring 6,335 meters with hilly terrain, undulating fairways, lakes, hidden sand bunkers and adverse wind conditions offer endless challenges to golfers.
Sabah Golf and Country Club have 14 bay / driving range and two practice putting greens.
Sabah Golf and Country Club is Sabah’s oldest 18 hole golf course and is popular with keen golfers throughout Sabah.
This picturesque course first opened in 1976 and during the last 47 years its membership has grown significantly. Likewise, it is a popular course for those visiting Sabah.
Located centrally in Kota Kinabalu, the course offers beautiful views towards the majestic Mount Kinabalu. And with its wide and undulating fairways, fast greens and water features it provides a challenging test to all playing abilities.

If the number of players is fewer than four, single play is not guaranteed and you may be paired with other players.
Please note that in Thailand, caddy tips are required separately from caddy fees.
Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed without prior notice or may start earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
