Course Description
Bukit Jawi Golf Resort is a 36-hole golf paradise spread over a vast area of 315 acres, boasting a beautiful landscape of swaying palm trees, sand dunes, and cool contoured lakes. The resort is located about 45 minutes from Penang International Airport and has consistently been rated among the top 20 golf resorts in Malaysia.
Bukit Jawi Golf Resort has two championship courses: the Hill Course and the Lake Course. The Hill Course is a 6,385-meter par 72 course, featuring long, undulating fairways and strategically placed hazards. The Lake Course is a 6,163-meter, par 72 course with shorter holes and more water hazards and bunkers, requiring accurate shots and course management.

Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed without prior notice or may be scheduled earlier or later than expected. Refunds and cancellations are not available in such cases.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
