If there are no available tee times, it means the selected date is fully booked. However, through 1:1 chat consultation, we can check and guide you on additional available tee times.
If your group has fewer than 4 players, you may be paired with another group. Solo play with fewer than 4 players cannot be guaranteed.
If you opt for one cart per player, a single cart fee will apply and must be paid on-site.
Tee times may change, or rounds may start earlier or later than scheduled due to golf course policies or local circumstances without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not allowed.
Depending on the on-site conditions on the play date, rain checks (e.g., rain coupons) or refunds may be issued. Please visit the course even in rainy weather and follow the specific course policies.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
