Course Description
Santo Antonio Golf Course is located near the fishing village of Salema, near Sagres. Sagres is one of the most important places in Portuguese and European history and is close to the Costa Vicentina nature reserve.
It's an undulating course with sloping fairways, especially on the front nine. The greens are well-bunkered, and the back nine has many greens near lakes, requiring accuracy. The course is perfectly integrated into the terrain.
Golf Santo Antonio was designed by Pepe Ganchedo, one of Spain's most famous architects, whose philosophy in building golf courses is to minimize changes to the existing terrain. Santo Antonio Golf Course stretches up the hills behind the fishing village of Salema, near the historic city of Lagos, not far from the Costa Vicentina nature reserve.
The 1st hole at Santo Antonio Golf Course is a Par 4, measuring 306 meters, and requires a tricky tee shot to start the round for those looking to reach the green in two shots. The 5th hole is a Par 3, measuring just 112 meters, but despite its short length, it slopes steeply on all sides, making it difficult to make par if you miss the green, so hitting the green is essential.
The par-5 ninth is one of the most difficult stroke index 1 holes ever designed. From 490 meters, the third shot climbs steeply up a hill and over a gully.
The highlight of Golf Santo Antonio's second nine holes is the 11th, a water-protected green, followed immediately by a par 5 that follows the "Valley of the Wells" to another well-protected green. After playing along the "lost valley" of the par-4 14th hole, with its spectacular views of Figueira town and the sea, players are faced with a dramatic tee shot on the par-3 15th hole. From the tee here, players have an impressive view of a large, picturesque lake that they must carry to reach a wide but shallow green.
Water is again an issue on the 16th and 17th holes. A brave but accurate tee shot will pay off for the brave golfer, and both holes will also reward high handicappers.
Another noteworthy hole on the Golf Santo Antonio course is #18, a spectacular finishing hole located just below the clubhouse. The line runs straight up a large pine tree, setting up an approach to an elevated amphitheater green that is watched by all your golfing friends. Nothing like a little pressure at the finish!
※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
We recommend play for golfers with a handicap of 28 or lower for men and 36 or lower for women.
If there are no available tee times, it means that all slots for the selected date are fully booked. However, you may inquire through 1:1 chat (or email for countries outside Korea) to check for any additional available tee times.
For rounds with fewer than four players, you may be paired with another group, and solo play cannot be guaranteed.
Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed, start earlier, or be delayed without prior notice, and cancellations or refunds will not be available in such cases.
On the day of play, depending on the on-site situation, a Rain Check (rain voucher) or refund will be determined, so in case of rain, you must check in and follow the golf course’s policies (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
