If no tee times are available for selection, it means that tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat (or email for countries outside Korea), we will check and inform you of any additional available tee times.
If your reservation is for fewer than 4 players, a private round is not guaranteed and you may be paired with other players on-site.
Please note that due to the golf course’s policies and local conditions, your reserved tee time may be changed or delayed without prior notice. Cancellations or refunds due to such changes are not permitted.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
