This package is confirmed only after golf course availability is checked following your booking request. Please consider this when planning your travel schedule.
The golf rounds are scheduled for 3 consecutive days starting from the day after check-in. (See detailed itinerary)
Golf courses will be assigned after confirmation, and cannot be pre-selected.
On busy days, waiting time at the golf course may be longer.
If no tee time is available, it means that day is fully booked. However, we can assist via 1:1 chat to check if any additional tee times are open.
Golf club rentals may be limited depending on the course. Please bring your own golf bag with a name tag showing your name in English.
Additional charges may apply during local public holidays. Please contact your representative for details.
Transportation is provided only as per the itinerary (airport/hotel/golf course/restaurant/optional tours). Extra usage may incur additional charges.
Guide & driver tipping (PHP 500/day/team โ KRW 12,500) is recommended due to local tipping culture, but not mandatory.

If the reservation is canceled due to local supplier circumstances, a full refund will be issued after notification.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
